Using TWC as a front-loading tool!

If your county is like mine, the pacing guide seems to have us flying through standards! With a majority of my students being EC students I was worried about how this intense pace would affect their learning. Would there be enough time for them to master standards, will they feel rushed? TWC has been a huge help in this constant battle against time. We walk every Thursday and use the podcasts to introduce new standards.

Now, when we get to that topic, they have background knowledge built from the podcast and are more comfortable with the standard and the pace at which they are having to learn and master those standards.
