The school year has wrapped up for most folks. However, here at The Walking Classroom, we have a lot going on. We are checking in with existing adopters and planning for back-to-school time. In addition, we are preparing for several summer conferences! Maybe we’ll see you at one of them!

Innovative Schools Summit
June 19 – 22
This week, The Walking Classroom makes the trek to Atlanta, Georgia. There our Sales Representative, Dave Yoder, will exhibit and present at the Innovative Schools Summit. This event will host five conferences in one location. It will be held at the Renaissance Atlanta Waverly Hotel & Convention Center.
The Innovative Schools Summit offers its 900 attendees access to six keynote presentations and over 80 sessions. While there, attendees can choose among options from these five conferences.

- Innovative Teaching Strategies Conference
- Boy Brains & Engagement Conference
- At-Risk & Struggling Students Conference
Attendees will want to take full advantage of the array of offerings, and be sure to visit The Walking Classroom’s booth!
Kentucky Association of School Administrators Leadership Institute
July 17 – 19
The Walking Classroom will also exhibit at the Kentucky Association of School Administrators Leadership Institute. Held at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, the conference is geared toward school leaders and industry partners.
The conference will have more than 1,500 attendees. These will include superintendents; assistant superintendents; directors of special education, finance, pupil personnel, food service, communications, curriculum and assessment; principals; assistant principals; counselors; and other public education leaders. The conference offers pre-event workshops, several keynote speakers, and over 60 sessions, even vendor presentations!
