National Association of ESEA State Program Administrators Conference
February 1 – 4
To start the month, The Walking Classroom will be exhibiting and presenting at the National ESEA Conference. This hybrid event, held in Indianapolis, Indiana, and online, is the largest conference for federal education programs, with 3,000 attendees. If you’re there in person, be sure to stop by The Walking Classroom’s booth and say hello!
Formerly the National Title I Association, The National Association of Elementary and Secondary Act (ESEA) State Programs has not only changed its name. In addition, it has shifted its focus, as it is working to address the needs of those supported by all the programs funded by the ESEA.
Besides several keynote presentations, the conference also features over 130 sessions for building, classroom, and district leaders. These cover one of three themes: Instruction, Leadership, or Policy.

2023 Beyond School Hours Conference
February 9 – 12
The Walking Classroom will be in Orlando, Florida, exhibiting and presenting at the 2023 Beyond School Hours Conference. The conference is sponsored by Foundations, Inc., a nonprofit working to improve educational opportunities for children.
This annual conference provides professional development its 2,000-plus attendees, who work in out-of-school time programs with students of all ages. It includes two keynote speakers, panel sessions, and workshops. Workshop strands include Content is King, Transform the World, Empower Your Team, Focus on the Individual, and Experience Life. Stop by our booth or make time to attend The Walking Classroom’s presentation!

30th Annual Missouri Coordinated School Health Conference
February 22-24
The Walking Classroom will be in Lake Ozark, Missouri, exhibiting and presenting at the 30th Annual Missouri Coordinated School Health Conference. The conference is sponsored by the Missouri Coordinated School Health Coalition (MCSHC).
This annual event provides professional development its more than 200 participants, who include health teachers, school nurses, wellness coordinators, food service staff, counselors, physical educators, and school administrators. With this year’s theme of Building A Healthy School: One Student, One School & One Community At A Time, conference includes an array of breakout sessions. Don’t miss The Walking Classroom’s presentation on February 23 at 10:45 a.m.!
