This community-wide wellness initiative is a proactive approach to address the preventable chronic illnesses that impact Gwinnett County. The Partners of Live Healthy Gwinnett encourage and engage those who live, learn, work, play, and age in the Gwinnett community to invest in personal wellness through active programming, community events and policy implementation.
